Sweet Potato Salad

Yummy, have you ever tried sweet potato salad?

Well it is my best salad and sweet potato is very good for you.( Plus it is easy to make)

1.Sweet potato is good for stomach ulcers and inflamed conditions of the colon.
2.It may help prevent cancer in glands and organs with epithelial tissue due to it's high vitamin A content.
3.Sweet potato is good food for diabetics, because it can help stabilize blood sugar levels.
4.It is also good food for people involved in heavy muscular work, since this food is high in vitamins and minerals.
5.Sweet potato is rich in vitamin A (beta-carotene) and vitamin C. Both vitamins A and C are powerful antioxidants that work in the body to remove free radicals, these free radicals are chemicals the damage cells.

Here is the recipe, but the quantity of  each ingredient is up to you. I always taste as I go. ( I hate sticking to recipes he he..)

Sweet potato salad

Sweet potato cut up in to pieces. Sprinkle with some salt and olive oil. Then grill roast them until golden.

When cooked all you have to do is pour on the dressing and toss a bit.

Dressing: ( remember taste as you go)
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Garlic,chopped
Ginger,chopped
Fresh Coriander,chopped
Chillies,chopped(optional)
Pepper
Salt
